I requested DVDs and that's what was clearly on the contract I signed, but I received one flash drive with all of my videos on it. When he handed it to me, I was too stunned to say anything. I should have received five DVDs. I asked him if I could make DVDs from the flash drive and he said yes, I should be able to, but I don't even know why I asked. Terrible experience.
