Do not buy this. They cancelled my reservation twice now (2022) and currently have no management to re-open their location. I am livid with this groupon and dealing with this experience has been terrible. Book your paintball somewhere else!!!

We haven’t gone yet. Just did booking. But that was painful. I prefer on line. So I booked on line. That followed up with a phone call immediately which I was not expecting

Ok but it's a good thing I knew beforehand that it would be really expensive otherwise I would have been quite disappointed.
Aside from that, most of the people in our group had never played before and I felt we were kind of thrown in there with little instructions Spent most of my time during the actual game wondering what I was supposed to do.

Totally scam! I bought tickets for 12 and reserved online for today's painball. We drove 30 min and there was no office no people at all. Then I called the painball company they said the Winnipeg location is doing renovation and they have no idea when it's gonna reopen. There was no such notice on the Groupon either. They did not want to refund me and my tickets were just shown redeemed on Groupon after the call. So ruined for the day. Be careful guys. Hopefully the Groupon service can look into this matter.

My kids has a blast and because we had bought for 6 players and only 5 showed up we have a credit for 1 more player with them. We also unfortunately showed up late for our booking and missed half the day so I advise to come when your booked for it will make it easier on the amazing staff to not have to do another unnecessary orientation. But all in all delta force in maple ridge is our go to!

Great facility & lovely staff. Overly pushy on the up sale of more paintballs. We had told them we would buy more after our first game and 2 employees consistently tried to encourage us to buy more. Kinda off putting.

I give the people on site 5 stats .. Amazing service in location .the people their are super nice and friendly .they organize ur game and gave u the chance to enjoy it to the max on the other hand the call center for them is really annoying.. i was gonna cancel the day because of them . worst customer service i ever seen very rude and disrespectful .
