Q:

i know its nude and can you be in a towel and or bring my own white hotel robe.

Louis G.  asked on  Jun 18, 2013

A:

Robes are available upon request.

Christina B.  from  Groupon  replied on  Jun 18, 2013

A:

We will provide you with towels and a robe which can be worn anywhere in the spa to lounge around and relax. The only mandatory "nude" area is if you go into one of the hot/cold tubs. For sanitary reasons, you must shower first and cannot be wearing any clothing when entering one of the tubs.

Q:

So the only difference between the two options is that the first says you can't come in on Saturday and the second you can come in any day. Is there any incentive to the first option? I'm not sure why there would be two options if one just says you have less to choose from.

mimi l.  asked on  Jun 18, 2013

A:

The only difference between both options is the days which they may be redeemed. The first option is valid for any day except Saturday. The second option is valid any day of the week.

Q:

Hi! I would like to buy this groupon, but there is a contradiction between the description and purchase options. The description says that the deal is two one-day passes for $15, but when I click to buy it says one day pass for $15. I am confused--is there a mistake in either the description or purchase option?

Melissa J.  asked on  Jun 17, 2013

A:

The wording on the purchase option button is misleading and confusing. I will contact Groupon to correct it. The deal is for 2 one-day passes for $15.
