Two days of mountain biking and hiking through the peaks of the Rockies and learning to rock climb on world-class terrain is the perfect end-of-the-week fitness stimulant. The package includes transportation to Boulder, climbing and gear, lunches, a hiking trip, and guided mountain biking (bring your own bike, rent one from them, or build one on-site using tree bark and natural-occurring carbon fiber). The trip is of intermediate difficulty, which means it'll challenge veteran adventurers and beginners alike. You’ll explore hundreds of acres of phenomenal mountain parks by bike, foot, and rope with Natural Fitness's friendly, expert guides. Your days end with an evening yoga session, before you turn in at your accommodations in downtown Boulder (accommodations not included).

Natural Fitness is a multi-sport guide company, so its staff is skilled in every type of fitness. They've got extensive local knowledge and wilderness medical training. Trips start at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday and end at 3 p.m. on Sunday. Call to redeem your Groupon for the weekend of September 5 and 6 or September 12 and 13 (if both weekends fill up, Natural Fitness will add more weekends by petitioning the US Department of Calendar to add an extra month—Benuary).

Remember to bring comfortable shoes, a light jacket, one liter of water, sunscreen, RF radio, rain sticks, expensive Italian luggage, corded telephone, a Spanish-to-English-to-Russian dictionary, three children's vitamins, and a javelin.

Great guides, great fun. If you're looking for a strenuous workout, this isn't it (from perspective of a reasonably fit 50-year-old), but it is a good walk at altitude in a beautiful environment with good people.
