Q:

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I am looking for intro morning classes. Yes! Please bring them back. You are losing a great opportunity to bring in new people by only offering only one intro class per week, and at night, no less. I will keep an eye on your website in the hope that you will offer morning intro classes..

Oh... Actually we also have a great beginners class at 2pm on Sunday! (It's just not called Yoga 101). This ia a great way for beginners to get in a class on the weekend! Thanks for the heads up!

Q:

"10-class option expires 3 months from activation date and 15-class option expires 4 months from activation date." Does this mean the class card expires (you have to take all the classes in 3 months) or your option to redeem your groupon expires?

Kourtney V.  asked on  Oct 13, 2012

A:

Hi Kourtney, I'll answer you in the best way I can. In other words, I hope I am understanding your question. Here goes....when you come into Nature to activate your Groupon- it will expire 4 months from that activation date depending on which package you purchased. If you do not come in to activate your groupon within 120 days, it expires.

Q:

I have never taken yoga classes before. As I'm looking at your schedule, I have a few questions: 1. What classes (dates/times) are offered to beginners? It appears most days there are only 4 yoga classes? 2. I don't see any classes in the early morning. Most start around either 10 am or 11:30 am. I am hoping to take a class before work, so looking for an earlier start time. 3. Am I viewing the schedule correctly, since I would imagine there are more classes in the mornings? I'm looking on your calendar page. Thanks.

A:

Hello, You're correct that we don't offer classes early in the morning, we have found that only 1 to 2 people are our early riser yoga students and therefore we stick to the schedule that you see online. Maybe it's time for us to bring em back! In terms of "beginners"-please look at our online schedule and choose any of the classes that are Yoga 101 or Level 1; those are appropriate. We offer different styles of yoga as well so students can learn more about the breadth of styles out there. Maybe you can make an after work class? There's a great one on Wednesdays -Intro Yoga/ Yoga 101. Thanks for checking out Nature!

Q:

I am interested in your groupon, your studio looks awesome! I have practiced yoga for years, however, right now I am 4 months pregnant and wondering if the classes you offer will be ok for my body. Thanks!!

Bethany B.  asked on  Oct 13, 2012

A:

HI Bethany, Great question! We offer a variety of classes- all levels and many styles- so you're in luck! When you arrive to class, let the teacher know that you are pregnant and she/he will identify some modifications. Remember, not a good idea to do plow, locust, or deep twisting. Other than that- you're good to go! Yoga is a wonderful way to stay healthy and in shape through those nine months! It also helps with hip opening and breath work that can be soothing during labor. Hope to see you soon!
