HI Bethany, Great question! We offer a variety of classes- all levels and many styles- so you're in luck! When you arrive to class, let the teacher know that you are pregnant and she/he will identify some modifications. Remember, not a good idea to do plow, locust, or deep twisting. Other than that- you're good to go! Yoga is a wonderful way to stay healthy and in shape through those nine months! It also helps with hip opening and breath work that can be soothing during labor.
