What about food allergies, like to nuts, peanuts and soy? Do you have a way to customize what we receive to avoid those allergens?

From their FAQ: "The ingredients in our snacks vary because we send out 5 different packages of snacks each month in our Discovery boxes. Therefore, while some snacks may contain a particular allergen, others may not. All of our snacks are currently processed in a facility that may also process wheat, milk, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, and seeds. To see some examples of prior boxes and the allergen and nutrition information for each item included in the package, please visit our NatureBox Foods page.

We are working on a lot of updates over here at NatureBox, and in the not too distant future our subscribers will have the option to customize their boxes each month. If you would like more information about when this option will be available, or would like to help us test out this feature, feel free to contact us for additional details at personalize@naturebox.com."

From their FAQ: "The ingredients in our snacks vary because we send out 5 different packages of snacks each month in our discovery boxes. Therefore, while some snacks do not contain gluten containing ingredients, others may. All of our snacks are currently processed in a facility that also processes wheat and other gluten containing ingredients. We hope to have a more allergen friendly processing facility in the future.

We do not currently have a gluten free label on our products, nor are they certified gluten free. However, we do have many snack selections that do not contain any gluten ingredients. If you are interested in learning more about how you can customize your box and choosing items that are free of wheat and gluten ingredients by joining our testing group, please send an email to personalize@naturebox.com."
