Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

This offer in Groupon is for the first delivery only or this price continues till we stop?

Naeemahemed M.  asked on  Jan 8, 2013

A:

Naeemahemed, Thanks for writing. The Groupon promotion price of $19 is good for Only the Groupon box. Any subsequent boxes would be charged at the regular price of $38. Keep in mind though, that we have a smaller box size which is called the 'Tiny'. This box is $28 either every week or every other week. Hope this helps :)

Q:

I did not see a place where I could give the address where I want the order sent. I want to send it to a neighbor.

Alice D.  asked on  Jan 8, 2013

A:

Alice, Thanks for writing. During the registration, there is a section for delivery info. If you missed it there, you should be able to login to the website and select 'Subscription Info' on the left side of your page and update your delivery address there. We are also happy to help you over the phone if that is easier. Our number is (770) 441-9976

Q:

I would like to give a gift on the exact day the coupon expires--July 10. Is that possible or do i need to send the day before? Also, can I order a bigger box--or two boxes to enhance my gift? This is a birthday gift.

karen b.  asked on  Jan 8, 2013

A:

This Groupon requires you to redeem it online. It's probably best to do so much sooner than July 10.

Q:

I purchased one for myself, but I'd like to purchase one as a gift for a friend. Why won't the system allow me to purchase one for her?

Shamara L.  asked on  Jan 7, 2013

A:

Shamara, Thanks for writing. The promotion is limited to 1 per person and 1 per household. However, you should be able to buy another groupon separately as a gift. When registering on our website, you would either need to add another subscription to your profile and then give us a call, or you could register with another email address (maybe your friends email). Feel free to give us a call too and we'll be happy to help you over the phone. (770) 441-9976

Q:

Can you clarify what "active weekly and bi-weekly members" means. I have ordered once from you guys using a groupon, but my account has been on hold since. Would I be eligible to purchase this groupon?

Kisha-Ann W.  asked on  Jan 7, 2013

A:

Kisha-Ann, Thanks for writing. Active weekly and bi-weekly members are folks who are receiving regular standing orders each week or every other week. In your case, you would not be considered an active member and therefore, you are welcome to purchase a Groupon coupon if you'd like :) Hope this helps.

Q:

Per the fine print: "Not valid until 24 hours post feature." Please clarify which date the groupon becomes effective? Thank you.

Elaine T.  asked on  Jan 7, 2013

A:

Elaine, Thanks for writing. You are able to register on the website at anytime. However, new orders are generated on Saturday each week therefore, your Groupon box will most likely be delivered sometime next week, based on your zip code. We are in certain areas of town on certain days of the week. When you register, you will become aware of your delivery day. Hope this helps. Also, if you need any assistance with anything let us know and we'll be glad to help.

Carole T.  asked on  Jan 7, 2013

A:

Hi Carole. There is no delivery charge! Deliveries are made Tuesday - Friday, and your actual delivery day will depend upon your zipcode. Upon setting up your profile, you should receive an email notifying you of your specific delivery day. Hope this helps!

Q:

Where is your farm located? I can't find an address on you website.

Mary J.  asked on  Jan 7, 2013

A:

Mary, Thanks for writing. We are located at 1010 Norcross Industrial Court in Norcross, GA. We aren't a farm but we source produce from local farms every week. The menus are different from week to week depending on availability in the market as well as what's of good quality and of course what's in season. Hope this helps.
