Q:

I don't see Sunday, Dec. 16th in the drop down box as an option (although it is listed in the detail). It doesn't appear to be sold out....it's just not listed at all. Is it not an option?

Kate A.  asked on  Nov 13, 2012

A:

Hi Kate! Sorry for the confusion! It was listed second from the top. Unfortunately, this date has sold out.

Q:

Hi will the premium wristband include the rides and other attractions. It says you have access to them but is there a seperate charge to ride the rides etc...Just pass just include the skating. Also how many tickets can I purchase at one time? Also,Can I get more than 6 tickets or can I go on multiple times and purchase?

Susan O.  asked on  Nov 13, 2012

A:

Hi Susan, The groupon is good for one premium wristband. A premium wristband gives a guest unlimited rides for one day, including ice skating. See a list of attractions it includes here: http://www.winterwonderfest.com/attractions.html Up to six groupons may be purchased through this deal. Additional tickets may be purchased on our website: https://shop.omniticket.com/cnp/

Q:

What attractions are not included in the Groupon? What additional tickets/admission might I still need to buy once I get there? And when you say they have access to the rides I just want to clarify that "access" means they can ride them (and not access to them and then add'l tickets need to be purchased to ride). We've never been but have always thought about going - thank you in advance for answering my questions!

Alanna S.  asked on  Nov 13, 2012

A:

Hi Alanna, The groupon offer is for one premium wristband. A premium wristband entitles the guest to unlimited rides and attractions within Winter WonderFest. For a list of rides is available here: http://www.winterwonderfest.com/attractions.html Additional costs would be for food, cookie decorating, etc.

Q:

If I am not able to attend on the day purchased can I use the groupon for an alternate listed date?

Andrea T.  asked on  Nov 12, 2012

A:

Hi Andrea! The promotional value of the Groupon ($9 or $11 for a premium wristband) is valid only for the date purchased. If you cannot attend on that date, the paid value Groupon can be used as a credit of $9 or $11 towards the purchase of a full priced premium activity wristband on another date during the event through January 6, 2013. The retail value of a premium activity wristband is $20.
