Boot-camp sessions are held Monday at 6 a.m. and 7 p.m., Tuesday at 7 p.m., Wednesday at 6 a.m. and 7 p.m., Thursday at 7 p.m., Friday at 6 a.m., and Saturday at 8 a.m.
