My first experience at this office was today. I am beyond impressed. Dr. Neal was very professional, very gentle and explained the procedure/process to me prior to beginning. I felt very at ease and not nervous at all. His staff were also very attentive and professional. The office was clean and there was not a long wait time at all, which I appreciate. I will definitely return when needed!
