Served in the traditional Brazilian style, Nelore’s gauchos meander through the dining room, offering diners a tableside selection of more than 15 cuts of flame-roasted beef, chicken, and pork, directly from the skewer. Turn the tabletop puck to green to signal the gauchos you’re ready for more, or travel to the salad bar to peruse more than 40 dishes, from fresh vegetables to Brazilian-style rice flecked with beef, onions, and parsley. Dinner is served Monday through Friday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Saturdays from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and Sundays from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Nelore’s chefs draw inspiration from the gauchos of South America, piling plates high with carvings of 16 spit-roasted meats.
