My focus is quality. Many computer repair businesses are concerned only with the quantity of hours they do in a week. I believe this leads to mistakes and poor workmanship.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After working for my competition and seeing how things were run, it became very clear I could do it better. This was a driving factor to start my own computer repair business.

What do you love most about your job?
I meet new interesting people every day. I appreciate the work I get, they appreciate the work I do! It’s great to be mutually appreciated.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
People have stated that I am, thorough, professional, helpful, and insightful. Whenever the next problem arises they call me back. That’s a pretty good complement.
