My experience today with esthetician Fozia was 5 stars+. I had anxiety about having an IPL face treatment since my first experience at a dermatologist practice last year had resulted in a horrible burning reaction and facial swelling. I decided to try again because I have strong rosacea and IPL is the only treatment that is doctor recommended as highly effective. Fozia was professional, she listened to my concerns and started with a very low level of the laser, stopping to carefully check for skin reactivity or discomfort every few minutes. She completed my post IPL treatment with a soothing mask and serum. My face feels fine, no ill side effects, and I am looking forward to returning to my next session in a few weeks and to booking subsequent sessions to reduce skin redness. Also, the practice is very clean and the environment is relaxing.

The aesthetician spent a few minutes applying a solution to my face. I was told I should feel some tingling, but I didn’t feel anything at all. She kept asking if I felt it, and I didn’t. I was also told by everyone who had a peer before that my face would peel after a few days, but I’ve seen no results whatsoever.
I’m not sure if the service was less effective because I used a Groupon, but I wouldn’t go back. Raha was very nice, though, even if the service itself wasn’t.

The staff was really nice and they were unexpectedly able to book me a same-day appointment. They gave me a free facial. I walked out feeling really relaxed and my face was glowing.
