What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Nessi’s Auto is a family owned and operated collision center with more than 15 years of experience working with all auto-insurance companies. We are BBB-, I-Car-, and ASE-certified, and are experts at making your vehicle like new again. We fix vehicles just like if we were going to put our own children in them.
What facilities or services do you provide for customers while they wait?
In all honesty, so many of our clients take advantage of our free valley-wide vehicle pickup and delivery, that very few of them get to enjoy our air-conditioned, WiFi equipped showroom and lounge. When they do, they are always greeted by one of our friendly and helpful staff members.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Jessi Nessi, managing owner of Nessi’s, comes from a long line of auto enthusiasts. After serving in the US Marines, he worked for one of the largest insurance companies in the nation, gaining the knowledge and experience necessary to run a collision center. Jessi loves what he does, and it shows.
What do you love most about your job?
Bringing vehicles to pre-loss or better condition is an art and skill not easily learned. We stay up-to-date on new materials and repair techniques and enjoy the learning process as much as seeing our clients’ faces at the time of delivery. Our custom paint jobs give us the freedom to show our artistic side.
