She didn't leave the room so I could undress. Also, she didn't leave the room when I got dressed. Typically an esthetician leaves the room when you dress and undress.
She claimed all Groupon customers received their money back due to untrue complaints. She also claimed that she hasn't seen any of that money. I don't remember seeing a refund which made it very awkward when leaving a tip.
