Choose from Three Options

  • $59 for a month of boot-camp classes (a $150 value)
  • $44 for three small-group personal-training sessions (a $90 value)
  • $79 for a month of speed, agility, and balance classes (a $200 value)

Boot-camp classes are available three times each week. Small-group personal-training sessions last 30 minutes and include from three to five participants per group. Speed, agility, and balance classes are available twice weekly.

New Found Fitness

The expert trainers at New Found Fitness lead their clients through two types of training: high-intensity interval training and functional training. They use short bursts of intense activity to spike the metabolism, while strengthening the muscles most used in everyday activity in order to create all-over strength during their personal-training and boot-camp sessions.

Tips

The guy who runs this boot camp is truly amazing and only 21. What a dedicated person who's main objective is to help people be healthier and all while having a good time. His knowledge of exercise and the body is amazing and his goal is to help you become a better you. I love this boot camp and the fact that it is only a half hour is even better for us folks who find that hour to be a little much. And the half hour truly does the trick. He covers all areas, one night is yoga stretch, one night cardio and muscle conditioning. And we laugh and stay focused all at the same time. Thanks Cass for being you and as I said before, your family and friends should be very proud of you. Kelly
