Boot-camp classes are available three times each week. Small-group personal-training sessions last 30 minutes and include from three to five participants per group. Speed, agility, and balance classes are available twice weekly.

The expert trainers at New Found Fitness lead their clients through two types of training: high-intensity interval training and functional training.
