The main reason is honesty. This is the key for any customer relationship. Our main goal is to make every customer happy because that is what makes us happy. We have highly skilled technicians that put customers first above all. We strive for customer satisfaction

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Since I was a kid, electronics has always been part of me. As I grew older I realized that is is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life, work with electronics. With that being said, we opened up a family business that has been successful for over 6 years.

What do you love most about your job?
The main thing is the smile on the customers face when we give them back their repaired item. It shows us that we did our job right. There is really no words that can describe. Its just one of the best feelings ever.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We constantly get great feedback from customers. I cant particularly say which one is best because there are son may good ones. Some customers jump for joy and others give each of our techs hugs... its just an awesome experience when we see the reaction on the customers
