Q:

My 15 yr old son plays football and will be starting intensive workouts next week. He could benefit from a massage. Is there an age minimum for this groupon?

Kelly F.  asked on  Aug 3, 2012

A:

Yes, your son can recieve todays Groupon as long as you acompany him or a legal guardian. You are right that a massage would be good for an athletic boy as yours. Best, New Health Centers

Q:

I do not have any pain I just want a message is that still possible??

Beatrice T.  asked on  Aug 3, 2012

A:

Yes, you do not have to have any pain for todays Groupon deal. You will still be required to have a brief consultation prior to your massage so it can be taylored to your needs. Then you can enjoy your 1 hour massage of relaxation to help remove any stress. Best, New Health Centers

Q:

I just bought the groupon deal. Do I drop in anytime or make an appointment?

luis l.  asked on  Aug 3, 2012

A:

Please call the location you purchased your voucher for to schedule an appointment. An Appointment is required. The phone number for the location you purchased usually doesn't show on the voucher. You can go to our company website at www.newhealthcenters.com and enter your zipcode to find the phone number and website of the location you purchased your voucher for to contact to schedule an appointment that works best for you. Q:

I just called the Addison office and he told me the consultation is included in the 60 minutes. That doesn't seem right. The groupon states that we get a 60 minute massage. If they drag the consultation out to 20 mins, we'll be left with a 40 minute massage? Please clarify.

R. K.  asked on  Aug 1, 2012

A:

The consultation is included. However, the consultation does not take away anytime from your 1 hour massage. For example, if you consultation takes 20 minutes, then this would be followed by a 60 minute massage. The consultation and 1 hour massage are two seperate services. I hope this clarifies today's Groupon. Best, New Health Centers

Q:

Can I just buy this for massage but don't have to sit through consultation?

nik k.  asked on  Jul 31, 2012

A:

Sorry, but no. To best service you all of our locations require a consultation first prior to a massage. This helps to ensure you receive a massage taylored to your needs. Best, New Health Centers
