New Hope Dining at Barley Sheaf Farm
The menu at New Hope Dining changes from time to time, but it's not because of the chef's indecisiveness or the newest trend in ketchup—it's because the seasons change. New Hope offers B.Y.O.B. to diners looking to pair their dishes with a fine wine or beer. On the current menu, diners discover savory brunch items such as cornmeal and chive waffles and apple cinnamon pancakes. They also offer dinner classics with a twist including ribeye steak topped with pancetta or New Jersey black bass for seafood seekers. The other seasons' menus bring flavorful bursts of summer, fall and winter, respectively. Patrons are also surrounded by a rich literary tradition as they dine in the historic former home of playwright George S. Kaufman, whose works included The Man Who Came to Dinner, Once in a Lifetime, and You Can’t Take it with You. New Hope Dining was also recently named one of America's 100 Most Romantic Restaurants by OpenTable.
