When I click the link to "See the rules that apply to all deals." There is no link. Could you let give me a link with the guidelines? I was wondering on your reimbursement guidelines? If i buy a laser package, but can't contact the spa to get my service, do I get refunded? I have been having difficulty reaching the spa. Thank you.
