Q:

Which package (1 month or 2)would you recommend for a 20 lb weight loss? How much weight in average do patients lose?

Evony E.  asked on  Mar 28, 2013

A:

They recommend the 2 month package. The average weight lost varies from person to person (depending on gender, age, etc) but typically patients lose about 4-7 pounds a week with plateaus where less is lost during weeks 2 and 4.
