Does a Medical Doctor/Plastic surgeon perform the procedure and how much experience does he or she have performing radio frequency therapy? Despite your answer above, I have heard from many sources that it can be a painful procedure? Do you provide any numbing cream before the procedure. I know many offices do. If not what is the cost of the cream?

Hello Susie, This procedure does not require a Doctor to be performed. A qualified cosmetologist will do it. Just think ultrasound, a simple gel is applied on your face - NO numbing creams because it is painless - then, as radio frequency is apllied, a warmth is created in the subcutaneous part of your skin promoting the creation of collagen and elastine which in turn creates a lifting of the skin. THAT'S WHAT YOU WANT! For more information look in YouTube: RF bipolar facial.
