I was so impressed with how I felt. I don’t know exactly what it did, but the NAD restored something that inflammation had taken away. I have arthritis in both knees and my back and osteoporosis. The first day I said this is nothing but the next day I could feel what it had done for me. Then I added the BCAA in the last week. I was surprised even more on how great I felt.
