The tour was one of the best experiences I’ve had in NYC... Frank is a great and funny guy who really knows how to show you a good time. My girlfriend and I absolutely had a blast and learned a lot about the best views around Christmas time...

The BEST experience of NYC overall. The Christmas Walking Tour was definitely one of the best moments of my entire visit to NYC. Bring your walking shoes, and Frank was by far one of the best tour guides EVER, highly knowledgable about the history and culture of many of the places you will visit and super hilarious. You will enjoy your time.

We purchased the Downtown Tour. Frank was our guide who grew up in NYC so was very knowledgeable about all parts of the city. He's a fast walker, but we like a fast pace and had no trouble keeping up. As this is a private tour, it was just the three of us which was nice. Favorites of the tour were walking the High Line, Chelsea Market and being able to see the quieter neighborhoods of the Village. We chose to end the tour before reaching Battery Park in order to tour the 9/11 Museum. One of the most touching parts of the tour was Frank sharing the loss of his partner in the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center. He showed us his name on the memorial and we were able to find him once inside the museum. We appreciated his openess about a very difficult part of his life. Before he left us, he very graciously texted us directions on taking the subway back to our hotel. His directions were spot on. DO wear comfortable shoes and plan for at least 3 hours or more of walking. We enjoyed this tour and the fact that Frank allows you to customize it to suit your interests.
