You people make it so Difficult to do business with I can get in the White House faster than to make a reservation with you ,telephones still work , your system is terrible, do you have Gold, at your offices? Then I could see all the over and over texting, it’s a shame what computers have done to good and honest people, if you look in your records, you would see I have rented thru yo a few times

The sign up process was fine. As was the entire Groupon experience. BUT the NYPOST CustomerService is a complete joke. I was extremely nice to them. Yet they do not really care about the print paper customers and basically said in so many words to use the online subscription if the driver was miss delivering my paper to my neighbor across the street. HMMM is that a solution? Groupon take ownership

It took 4 phone calls to Customer Support within a week to receive my first delivery. Each time I called, I was promised that I would receive the paper the following day but never did. Also requested a callback which never occurred. I can finally enjoy reading The NY Post but it took an unnecessary effort to get to this point.

About New York Post

When the great Alexander Hamilton issued the first edition of his budding paper, the New York Evening Post, in 1801, one could assume he hardly knew how prominent his modest broadsheet would become. Now called the New York Post, it has become the longest, continuously published paper in America and also one of the most talked-about news sources. With its attention-grabbing headlines and splashy full-color front page, the paper doesn't shy away from tough topics. Their award-winning journalists apply a witty and informative perspective on issues ranging from local elections to international conflicts. They also have a keen grasp of the city's goings-on, with active fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment sections keeping New Yorkers well versed on today’s cultural happenings.
