Q:

Is this wheel chair accessible? Thanks

A:

Very sorry for the delay! The boat and the aisles are wheelchair accessible with assistance. That being said, the restrooms on board are not accessible while in a wheelchair. For more information, please reach out to Newburyport Whale Watch at (800) 848-1111.

Q:

Hi, We have a 3 and a 1 year old. If we purchase two groupons for us (two adults) do they come onboard free? Your webpage states "free with full paying adult". Can you clarify? Thank you

Adam P.  asked on  Apr 27, 2013

A:

Yes, if you purchase 2 tickets for adults, the 3 and 1 year-old would ride free.

Q:

Now that one must pay for parking in Newburyport and as I remember there is only a 3 hour limit, how is one to take in to account the parking situation?

Catherine R.  asked on  Apr 24, 2013

A:

Thanks for the question! They have recently changed the metered parking in the area so this shouldn't be an issue. Metered parking is now 50 cents per hour, and you can pay for as much time as you need. They no longer have a 3-hour limit. Metered parking is located right by the boat.

Q:

How do I buy tickets for 3? Can I buy One for 2 and One for 1?

Priya K.  asked on  Apr 25, 2013

A:

Yes, you can purchase up to two Groupons total (1 for yourself and 1 as a gift), so you could purchase one 2-person Groupon and a 1-person Groupon to accommodate a group of 3 people. The purchases need to be made in separate transactions since you're purchasing two different options.
