Exercises directly relate to everyday tasks and are scaled to each individual's fitness level. At NewCov Crossfit, newbies and experts alike are welcome. A typical workout includes cardio activities such as running or jumping rope, along with weightlifting, gymnastics, and body-weight movements such as pushups and squats. A group setting serves to motivate participants, and yoga and kids' classes are also available.
