The first annual Newhoma Music & Mountain Festival, held in Florissant, will feature hiking, biking, yoga, fine craft beers, and the creation of fiddle-burning, foot-stomping tunes. The incredible three-day lineup is scheduled to showcase music-makers from across the nation, including Grayson Capps and The Lost Cause Minstrels, Surprise Me Mr. Davis, and Outformation. Many more folk and country notestringers are featured on the action-packed schedule.

Revelers of all ages can bask in melodious merriment or explore nature’s playground on more than 6,000 acres of mountains and meadows surrounding the festival. Refuel your tummysack at one of the fine food vendors and enjoy locally crafted brews and wine. Proceeds from the Newhoma Music & Mountain Festival will benefit the High Trails Colorado Outdoor Education Center, which promotes the teaching of open-air skills to children, and a scholarship fund for young people who could not otherwise attend summer camp.
