This was a below standard experience. It’s not a real spa. Only one person spoke English. So it was hard to communicate. The massage table was adjacent to a treatment room and they had the bright fluorescent lights, which they refused to turn off. This purchased a 60 minute massage with pedi combo and they did my pedi while I was supposed to be on my belly getting pampered. She said she had to do it then or couldn’t do it at all. But did offer to cover my eyes so the bright lamp she brought in for the pedo wouldn’t be disturbing. So I spent the first half hour on my back, while the poor masseuse struggled to massage my shoulders. I asked for relaxing music so they could stop talking to each other, And she played played some Asian music. The place itself was not clean (there were stains on the carpet, and the massage table was covered with various towels and some sheets of different colors they even tried to use their phone translator to sell me a membership! I’ve had better service at some of the foot spas for a fourth of what they want to charge. If you’re looking to have a día expand feel pampered, this is not the place. I almost walked out.
