During Zephrin Augustine’s more than 10 years as a coach and athlete, he earned an array of nicknames that ranged from St. Augustine to Whomp Whomp. The most appropriate name for Augustine nowadays, however, is CEO. As the founder and head of Next Level Sports & Fitness, he draws on his strong fitness background—which includes a college football career at the University of Florida—to whip bodies into shape, aided by certified personal trainer Dimetress Barnwell. The duo specializes in boot-camp-style workouts, whose ever-changing cocktails of cardio, strength, and plyometric moves banish boredom more effectively than workouts that end with a fun fact about sweat.
