At CrossFit MOB, the MOB stands for Mind Over Body. It's a maxim that pushes members to reach their highest fitness potential through high-energy functional workouts. All exercises are scalable, so clients of all ability levels and athletic backgrounds are welcome. Regardless of their CrossFit expertise, clients can expect to burn fat and build muscle with exercises such as sprints, push-ups, weightlifting, squats, and burpees.
