Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
The key to our success in retaining and motivating clients is leadership. To be able to give the highest quality of service we rely on feedback. We can only be as good as our clients will help us be. We understand that people want to be heard and hear at First Generation CrossFit your voice matters. Our clients are our first priority and your feedback is taken in to consideration on every decision we make from baseline pricing to new equipment. Bottom line is your happiness is our goal.
What is the biggest mistake you see people make when trying to get fit on their own?
The biggest mistake we see with people trying to start an exercise program on there own is usually over-training. Too hard to fast. This leads to perpetual soreness and achy joints and tendons. Most people starting a new exercise program lack guidance and experience which leads to early burnout.
When and how did you first develop a passion for fitness?
We have always had a passion for fitness. It has been our goal to not only better ourselves but to help others who need help finding the way to a healthier lifestyle. Although our belief is that fitness does not stop when you leave the gym. You have to be mentally strong and healthy, we have learned over the years that a healthy mind and body is the key to longevity and success in work, school, sports and relationships.
