Amazing music and warmly greeted. We got the 8 course tasting menu and were absolutely gobsmacked by how delicious everything was! Amazing happy hour, I had the El Diablo which was some kind of tequila deliciousness anf my friend had the Mediterranean which was some coconut concoction. Both bomb af!! Each course had the perfect balance of flavor. Finished w perfectly prepared medium rare. Good amount of food to be full before you finish. Would most definitely come back again, and would do another tasting menu! The chef is stellar here and worth the visit. Emptied plates, full bellies, and all the giggles w good company

Mediterranean Flavor with a Chicago Twist

Nia Restaurant founder Antonia Asimis tasted both traditional Mediterranean and haute Chicago cuisine at a young age, thanks to her Greek heritage and the teachings of her father, who was involved in the city's food scene. Today, she merges those traditions with her personal culinary philosophy to create a diverse pan-Mediterranean menu. Greek, Italian, and Moroccan mezedes mingle on table-tops, often enhanced by Chicago-area ingredients such as local honey. Asimis' drink program is just as diverse, with classic Mediterranean liqueurs behind the bar as well as award-winning wines from Spain, Greece, Portugal, Italy, and France.
