My wife and I received a personal tour of the vineyard and winery process followed by a tasting with treats. It was great. Our guide was informant very friendly. My wine had a wine tasting while I a beer flight. The pours were fairly generous and tasty. We did not select our offerings but they seemed well balanced. The Groupon deal made this definitely worthwhile.

Come and enjoy the ultimate pairing experience at our Teaching Winery and Brewery! Start off with a tour of our vineyard & hopyard. Learn about our programs, the growing and production process, and what makes the Niagara Region so special. Following the tour, get ready for a pairing experience of specialty chocolates made specifically for our wine or beer!

This experience is offered at 2 pm daily.
