Q:

I have a walk out basement in the rear of my home, is my second story considered a third floor? Do you clean gutters? Is there an extra charge for skylights?

Patricia S.  asked on  Jul 2, 2013

A:

3rd story windows are any window where the bottom of the window is above 23ft in the air. In your situation, yes the upper back windows would most likely be considered 3rd story windows. We do offer gutter cleaning as well as gutter guard installations. Skylights are not included in the Groupon and begin at $20 per Skylight (Inside and out).

I have a picture window that has a non removable storm window over it. It is approx 6ft by 5ft. Will this be counted as 2 windows or more? I only have a total of 7 other standard size windows in the entire house. So would the $39 cover 7 standard plus the 2 paned front picture window? Thanks!
