Nicola DellaCioppa, Jr. was destined to open his own restaurant. His parents, Nicola Sr. and Mary, emigrated from Naples in the 1960s, and after working up through the food industry, they used family recipes to start their own pizza house. Several decades later, Nicola Jr. followed their footsteps by establishing Nicolitalia Pizzeria.
Just like his parents before him, Nicola built his business on hard work and authentic food. That's why everything at Nicolitalia is made from scratch—from the pizza sauces and crust to the ricotta cream in the cannolis. The menu features Italian favorites such as stromboli topped with pesto, calzones, and pastas, but all those dishes fall in line behind the specialty pizzas. Nicolitalia churns out nearly 20 specialty pies, including a signature creation topped with sausage, pepperoni, peppers, and mushrooms.
