Choose Between Two Options
Though it opened its doors in 2014, Nicollet Diner feels very familiar. This friendly Loring Park spot channels American diners of the past with its all-day breakfasts, hearty lunches, and malted milkshakes, which are hand-dipped and served alongside their tins. In the morning, guests dig into house specialties like chicken and waffles and biscuits and gravy; later in the day, they order up savory sandwiches, including the triple-decker grilled cheese with smoked cheddar, muenster, and pepper jack. Despite all these perks, the diner's most-appealing attribute just might be that it never closes. It's open 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days per year.
