Nika was 1/2 hour late for app’t. Had to wait in my vehicle on a hot day. Process was not done as I have experienced in the past. Hair was washed and flat ironed 1x instead of 2x. The straightening did not work. Did not wash my hair for 4 days as requested, has been just as curly as before process. I feel like I wasted my money on what was called a Brazilian blowout.
