Choose Between Two Options

Two-hour sushi-making classes are taught by Adachi, a chef with more than 30 years of experience. Classes cover cooking rice, chopping, rolling techniques, and types of seaweed, as well as how to make five different rolls and a salad. Afterward, pupils enjoy munching on their new skills with either a bottle of hot sake or beer.
Classes are offered Wednesdays from 6–8 p.m. or Saturdays from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. and 4–6 p.m.
