About NinjaKour - Ninja Obstacle Course Experience
After competing on season five of NBC's American Ninja Warrior, chiropractor Robert Pruni aka "Doc Ninja" sought to replicate the ninja obstacle course closer to home. The result was NinjaKour. Housed within CrossFit Lilburn 678, the space looks like a giant playground for adults. Robert and a team of instructors invite competitors to run, tumble, and climb across features such as a 14-foot warped wall during classes, camps, and open-gym sessions. Kids ages 6 and up can take on scaled-down obstacles.
