Steve Tylee, the owner of Nitroflex Gym, cut his teeth in the fitness industry teach aerobics classes over 28 years ago. Today, Steve took all of that knowledge and applied it to his gym where he and his staff work to support their members on their journey towards a healthier lifestyle.
