A Chat with No Coast Strength and Conditioning
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Educated and measured results coming from a clinical strength and conditioning background with eight years experience in coaching various levels of athletics, working with all levels of clientele from special needs/disabled to pro athletes, and providing nutrition and life coaching to those from all walks of life.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Utilizing measurable goal progression, consistent coaching, attentive one-on-one training, and diligently updated programming; my clients have the opportunity to see their progression and their growth not only aesthetically, but more importantly, through health and performance. I plan for years, not hours.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My truest inspiration is my desire to teach. Working with and managing coaches/trainers or being coached, I often would find myself asking, “Why? Why am I doing this? Why is this true?” It’s my goal as a coach, trainer, and team member to provide you that “Why” in an industry full of misinformation.
What do you love most about your job?
Fitness is about health, wellness, performance, and confidence. Seeing that blossom in someone or seeing someone humbled and willing to grow is huge. I could say I love the results, but I don’t entirely mean weight loss or strength. I love the internal growth—the strengthening as a person.
