Run, squat, sit up, and blibble babble your way to a sleek physique. Today's deal $25 gets you five boot-camp sessions at No Excuses Fitness Training for $25 (a $50 value). Take a tip from the X-Men and reap the benefits of group training: working out with others motivates you to push yourself harder, helps you stick to a regimen, and gives you the opportunity to bond with new friends over tales of general sweatiness and mutual plans to beat up the ocean.
Whether you're adding boot camp to a regular exercise regimen, or doing your first pushup since outgrowing your Smurfs sweatsuit, No Excuses is open to all levels. Your friendly, motivating trainer offers a complimentary fitness evaluation at the beginning of camp to help you set goals then pole-vault over them in a blaze of white-hot exercise heat. Boot camps provide one-hour bursts of energy explosions to get you pumped for a day of general office labor or to release stress from a day of general office labor. Make new friends, shrink your waistline, and boost your overall sense of well-being.
No Excuses' boot camp morning sessions take place Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m., and evening sessions happen Monday through Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Each class is different, just like Canadian snowflakes. No Excuses is housed in the First Ward Recreation Center, located on East 7th Street.

Letters from Boot Camp
Boot camps are fitness regimens designed to train and condition your physique; they are not actual sleep-away camps for fashion-conscious children to learn to craft and model boots, a mistake unfortunately made by the parents of 8-year-old Henry Duggins, who dropped him and his suitcase off at a boot camp last week, before leaving on their three-week cruise. Here’s a letter Henry wrote them for when they get back.
- Dear Mom and Dad: Boot camp is confusing. There are no boots here, and everyone is always exercizing [sic]. They are very strong. Every day, we get up early to do exercizes [sic] and it is hard but fun. When people ask me where my parents are, I tell them about your boat cruise and they look conserned [sic]. There are no beds here also and at night I sleep on a gym mat. I think I might hate you. Love, Henry.
