Teen Contemporary: Dance Class for Teens, (Ages 12&Up), Meets once a week
Contemporary Dance combines styles of ballet and jazz and allows dancers to explore the world around them through their bodies. Students can express both their mind and bodies through this style of dance. Contemporary Dance is a freer style of dance and is more expressive and improvisational. If you register for this class, you can participate in the annual recital.

Creative Movement with Tap, ages 3-5, meets once a week
Similarly to general creative movement, Creative Movement w/ Tap introduces students to pre-ballet fundamentals, while also allowing them to explore tap skills and movements. The class allows students to split their class time working on both ballet and tap. If you register for this class, you can participate in the annual recital.

Our mission at No Limits Performing Arts Studio is to create a space for our students to express themselves through the art of creative movement. We strive to give our students the necessary skills needed to progress as dancers and all around performing artists. Dancers are trained in various styles and techniques and challenged to work hard. As important as these skills are to obtain, it is even more imperative for us as educators to give students freedom of expression and encourage them to develop connections with each other, themselves and the world around them. We want our future artists to have fun in a safe and comfortable environment while learning key techniques which will feed their passion and drive for performance and dance.

About No Limits Performing Arts Studio
No Limits Performing Arts Studio, previously known as Academy of Dance Arts, has offered a varied selection of dance classes for 20 years. We are located at The Play Place in Elmsford NY, with over 3,500 square feet of studio space featuring a big beautiful lounge, closed circuit TV viewing and high-grade Marley. No Limits is one of the top dance facilities in the area. It's the only place where siblings won't be bored as they can play at Westchester's best indoor place to play while they wait. They can also take a soccer or tennis class or just hang out with mom or dad in the lounge.
At No Limits Performing Arts Studio, your child will not only learn to dance in a fun and comfortable environment, they will also get exposure to all of the performing arts through our brand new Theatre Program Broadway Bows and brand new theatre classes on our schedule. No Limits reflects our belief that dance and performing arts are limitless in what they offer. Dance provides many benefits such as strength, agility, poise and confidence. Our dance and theatre classes will not only allow your child to obtain skills to become an artist but will also provide them with benefits such as learning to work in a group setting by encouraging them to develop connections and relationships with their peers.
At No Limits Performing Arts, we take pride in implementing quality dance and arts education for the early Pre-School Beginner Performer the older Advanced Performer and everything in between. We have expanded our school beyond by providing additional programs and classes for students to become all around performing artists.
Students look forward to performing in the Annual Recital Showcase, and Dancers who yearn for the stage beyond their recital can audition for our Dance Team.
Once a child is walking and able to follow simple instructions, they are ready to enter the fun and engaging world of dance and performing arts. You’re never too young or too old to start dancing and performing. Just pick a class and go for it!
