What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are in our ninth year of serving Columbus children, from infants and toddlers to pre-school and pre-kindergarten. We also offer before- and after-school and enriched summer programs, as well as full-time, part-time, weekend, and drop-in care.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Like most people, I had to return to work and take my children to a provider. I was blessed with an angel to watch over my children...my provider made me feel so comforted and peaceful. I vowed that one day I was going to pay it forward and make another parent feel as blessed!

What do you love most about your job?
Knowing I am making a difference in the lives of children, as well as their parents. Here at NPLH, we are family, and we lean on each other for support. I love the patience, strength, and wisdom we draw from each other. We know when the parents succeed, the children will succeed.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
That through our care a newly relocated mother and child looked to us as an extended family. They remained with us for more than five years before returning home to Arizona.
