Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

Would the web ready file have just one pose, or multiple poses from the shoot?

Erin D.  asked on  Dec 19, 2012

A:

Hi Erin. We hope to wow you with many poses, but the deal itself includes one pose. You ask a great question though because what we are always happy to do is allow clients to mix-and-match (for the included 8 x 10 and 8 wallets) among any that you decide to purchase. I hope that makes sense.

Q:

I was curious if I could use this for my son's senior picture, or do you specialize in young children only? Your locations would be wonderful for a senior portrait! Thank you.

Megan R.  asked on  Dec 23, 2012

A:

We love photographing seniors... for those who want to be photographed any way :) For those that don't, save your money and take them to Flash in the mall.

Q:

To clarify, can this deal be used for a family (four people) photo sitting? Can the photo include a dog? Is it possible to also have pictures of just the two kids included in the photo shoot?

Darin L.  asked on  Dec 21, 2012

A:

According to their website, "We love to include ALL members of your family in your portrait session. A leash and some treats are always helpful, as is a quick walk for any doggies, just prior to the session"

Q:

What would be the cost to get multiple photos on a CD?

Elizabeth M.  asked on  Dec 20, 2012

A:

Hi Elizabeth. We offer both web-ready files and print-ready files, both individually and in bundles. Web-ready are $45 each, and print-ready are $95 each. They become significantly less when 5 or more are purchased.

Q:

Given the temperatures, are all outdoor locations available for booking and if so, how can I view the calendar to check what days are open?

Pamela  asked on  Dec 19, 2012

A:

Hi Pamela. Good question. In the winter, the window of time people look good while outside is just too short. We're lucky to get natural expressions for more than 15 minutes. After that, the face starts freeze up and show the cold. That said, from November 1st through March, all our Good Times sessions are in-studio.

Q:

I would like to purchase this for infant photos to send out as an announcement. baby is due 1/7. First, would i be able to get something scheduled in January? Also, because i want to send it out as a paper announcement, would i need to spend another 95$ per photo to get the print ready digital photos that i want?

Dana J.  asked on  Dec 19, 2012

A:

Hi Dana. First of all, congratulations!! And without a doubt we would be able to photograph the wee one in January. You are correct that if you'd like to create your own announcements, you would need to invest in a print-ready digital file. And just so you know, we have an in-house graphic designer who creates gorgeous original designs for all occasions. Please forgive the delay in answering too - the Groupon merchant site is being a bit troublesome.

Q:

What is the web ready file? Would I have permission to publish on a website? Would I have permission to print with another service? What is the cost of a 16"x20"?

Dianne d.  asked on  Dec 19, 2012

A:

Good morning! Absolutely you can publish it on a website. A web-ready file is a digital file that is suitable for any sort of electronic use such as a digital frame, websites, Facebook, email, screen savers, etc. On these files, a small studio logo is placed at the bottom right. A print-ready file is suitable for printing up to an 8 x 10, and these files do not have a logo on them. Lastly, if purchased alone, a 16 x 20 Master print is $375. With our portrait packages, you will save quite a bit.
