Noelle Restaurant prizes a local touch. Its produce comes from nearby farms whenever possible, lending the menu a fresh seasonality. The local-centric ethos also extends beyond sourcing, extending to chef Donald Pritchett's hands-on approach in the kitchen. Under his direction, an impressive array of eats is made in-house here, including breads and butter to gelato and sorbet. Though the menu changes weekly and with the seasons, notable menu items have previously included black-truffle mac 'n' cheese and Mediterranean bass with forest mushrooms, squid-ink butter, and almonds. Drinks are another specialty here, with a handful of signature house cocktails and plenty of craft brews and wines that enhance each bite.
