Service was okay . She was very nice but my nails and toes looked a mess polish all over my cuticle area and the tips of my fingers then I was told I was getting gel polish and now it’s peeling and it’s only been 3 days that we definitely regular polish. Do not book.

I booked a 1 PM appointment at Noir Belle Nails, but the time kept getting pushed back—first to 2 PM, then 3 PM while I was already on my way. I explained that I had school later and couldn’t keep delaying, but ultimately agreed to 3 since I was already nearby. Even then, I wasn’t seen until around 4:30 PM, which completely disrupted my schedule. While the technician was apologetic, no accommodations or incentives were offered for the inconvenience. My toes turned out nice, but the gel manicure felt extremely rushed. I attempted multiple times to reschedule for a fix, but never received any response.

In hindsight, it would have been more respectful to reschedule rather than continue to push your time back—and for that, I deeply apologize.
