Well i went in by purchasing coupon and they did their service went back home and out of curiosity just tried to check the engine oil part number on google and found blend oil instead of full synthetic oil. Called them and went right back in replaced with full synthetic oil. So the good thing i liked is there is desk where we could sit like a viewing area, and u could see whats going on, i really like that and i am a kinda person who keeps watching YouTube videos on car works, and watching your own car is what i want. A lot almost all of other car service center don’t have viewing area or even if they have its not so accessible and comfortable. Another thing is before i purchased my car i had taken it for full pre purchase inspection at Lawrence automotive diagnostic and there was sound from front on bumps and they just quoted end links replacements $302 with no photo evidence, they just assumed its end links as thats the only part that make that sound according to them. Two months later i went firestone for tire rotation and they said end links is shouldered into struts and quoted for full suspension replacement, i was so worried, today i requested them to have a look at that as while in servicing they quoted nothing all fine. When going second time i requested to observe that and the mechanic did observed while he replaced with full synthetic oil, as I could watch all from viewing area. Not only that he called the people i asked to have a look and showed it to them too by lifting car again 🤣🤣 and i was watching all and worried if he found something and was showing. But then they say its perfectly fine properly greased and all good. That was such a relief for me. Also both earlier places had quoted me to replace battery and i was having no issue starting, the work here says its fine. Another good thing was there was coffee machine i guess it was employee only, and i had taken my brother just because i needed to give him a drive somewhere, i am avoiding coffee so I didn’t cared, he had hot chocolate or something from there and mentioned he liked it very much, he also refilled before we left 🤣🤣 and mentioned to me to add this to the review 🤣🤣. The first oversee of oil type was bad but as i called and they replaced it right away so fine for me. I like the lobby, wifi, and specially the viewing area where I could study! Great place would recommend and the definitely they got a new costumer
