Q:

Do all 8 weeks of classes need to be completed before the expiry date? Or do you just need to start before the 90 day mark?

Katherine S.  asked on  Mar 9, 2013

Hi Katherine, You have 90 days to redeem the groupon from the purchase date, and depending on the option you chose, one month or two months to complete the classes at two times a week. Thank you

Q:

Are your boot camp classes open to all fitness levels or are they geared to more athletic individuals?

Julia  asked on  Mar 9, 2013

A:

Hi Julia, The classes are geared towards all fitness levels - they are challenging, but we can tailor the exercises to one's fitness and skill level. If you are new to this type of training, we recommend you attend one of our orientations which you can sign up for (as well as any subsequent classes) at https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/ASP/home.asp?studioid=33694 (register as unpaid and bring your groupon voucher in when you come). If you have any other questions, please email us at info@nomadicx.com

Q:

Hi there, given how busy you will be with this groupon, plus your regular customers, can you guesstimate if a weekday evening class at 6:30 would be more available or one of your Saturday classes? Trying to see if I can work it into my schedule. kind regards, dale

Dale  asked on  Mar 9, 2013

A:

Hi Dale, We ask that all members and those who are interested in the groupon sign up online for the classes they are looking to attend. You can do this by going to https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/ASP/home.asp?studioid=33694, creating a username and password, registering as "unpaid" (bring your voucher when you come in) and hence securing your spot in the class. Saturday mornings are usually busier, but signing up will avoid any availability issues. The evening classes are not overly busy, but with the onset of the groupon, I do recommend you reserve your spot by sign up online. I hope this helps; if you have any other questions please don't hesitate to contact us! info@nomadicx.com

Q:

I'm just wondering how this differs or compares to crossfit? Also, I'm interested in the noon classes and possibly the 9:30. I'm wondering how full these usually are? I see you limit spaces so I'm wondering if there would be an issue getting into these classes? Where do you sign up and how far in advance can you register for a class? Thanks!

Heather  asked on  Mar 9, 2013

A:

Hi Heather, We are not affiliated with crossfit, but you will find that we do incorporate some of the same concepts, although we are more of a strength and conditioning facility with high intensity group training. There should not be an issue getting into the classes of your choosing throughout the week. We do ask that you sign up for classes, to secure your spot in the class. You can do this by going to https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/ASP/home.asp?studioid=33694, creating a username and password and registering as "unpaid" (bring your voucher when you come in). You can sign up the night before, a few hours before, whenever you like really. Hope this helps!

Q:

I will be away one week at the end of April. I imagine I would have to forfeit the week or wait and start bootcamp the following week. Is this correct? Is it possible to start bootcamp the last week of April? Thanks!!

mi r.  asked on  Mar 9, 2013

A:

Hi there, You have 90 days to redeem the groupon, so you can either start upon your return, or we can look at putting your groupon on hold for the week you are gone. Thanks!

Q:

Hi, 2 questions If I may: 1) it is supposed to expire after 90 days. Do we have 90 days to sign up, start the first class or finish our last class? 2) can a complete beginner do it? I mean a person who, while not overweight, has never really exercised?

Vladimir  asked on  Mar 10, 2013

A:

Hi Vladimir, You have 90 days after you purchase the groupon to come in and redeem it; from then, you have either a month or two months to complete the classes. If you are a complete beginner, we recommend you attend one of our free orientations to get a feel for what we do in the classes. All exercises in the classes can be tailored to different fitness and skill levels, so there is no need to worry! To sign up for an orientation and subsequent classes please go to https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/ASP/home.asp?studioid=33694. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact us (info@nomadicx.com) Thank you!
